Limiting the calculations in Mailmerge

Hello,

I prepare some letters using excell and mailmerge. when mailmerge fetch calculations from excell, the calculatios appear on letter up to 13 decimels. and calculation looks like.
10.798623100000 instead of 10.80.
pls help me to restrict the calculations to 2 decimels.

* Click on the merged field on the document
* Right click and click on toggle the field code
* Then after the field name, add the formatting in this format \#"0.00" or whatever format you want
