Please have the problem solved by getting to the Device Manager and hence getting the get its drive updated.

Hi,
try this 1
Solution 1)Re-plug the USB device tightly and firmly into the USB port
If the problem still exists, go to next solution.
Solution 2)Shutdown your computer and unplug the power cable from the wall
outlet. After 20 mins then plug the power cable to the wall outlet and switch ON
your PC. Now plug your USB device.
If the problem still exists, go to next solution.
Solution 3) Connect your USB device.
Click on Start-->Run---->type devmgmt.msc and click on OK.
If the problem still exists, go to next solution.
Click on "Action" in the menu---> then click on "Scan for hardware changes".
If the problem still exists, go to next solution.
Solution 4)
1) Plug the USB device.
Click on Start-->Run---->type devmgmt.msc and click on OK.
2) Expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers".
3) Right click on "USB Root Hub" and click on "Properties".
4) USB Root Hub Properties dialog box will be opened.
5) Click on the "Power Management" tab.
6) Uncheck the checkbox "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save
power"
Repeat the steps from 3 to 6 for each USB Root Hub in the list.
Then click on "Action" in the menu---> then click on "Scan for hardware
changes".
