USB Flash 8 GB Show The 0 KB Closed

Hello, 

Dear Sir My Problum is Very Dificult. I Am Try to 100 time format the usb but usb show theoption formet did not complete please give me a new tips and my usb show the 0 kb size. and orignol size is 8 Gb my Usb Compny name is LBD pqi. and properties show only file type RAW. No Format. Please Please Help Me.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0
