Audio driver from new motherboard cd not work

Hello,
i have recently bought a new motherboard 'phanom triple core' new power supply and installed an xp operating system (xp home 2003,although in system description it states that it is 2002, is this right) .
The instructions that came with the motherboard installation cd states that a fault may accur if xp is only sp1a , this ddn't state this on system description,above.
therefore i downloaded service pack 3 but still nothing.
by the way when i put the installation disk in after checking bios it states drive e(disc drive) lan/realtec folder not exists.
any help would be very greatful
