Problem with power

Hello,


when I turn my computer on the power light comes on and fans but thats it. I have taken out the memory cards and restarted it beeped at me, I moved the memory to free slots and restarted I got a start up window and then it died, any ideas of what to try now

There is no sound when I turn on the computer the only time I heard a sound was with the memory taken out then it was a continous beep
