delay for nvram check message when power on Closed

Question

Hello,  
my new pc (one year old) with  core 2 duo proccessor-now i replace the smps with a new one-(2gb ram, nvidia 8400gs graphix card) - has delay of 1-3mins for displaying ram check message when power on with power button. on restart it starts normally.(no delay for nvrem check message). 

pls help.........

try this 1,

Go to bios and enable "Quick Boot Mode", this skips  the memory test.

quick boot is already enabled.
on restart no delay,it starts normally.
delay occurs when power on by power button.
