Can't hear music and video without earphone Closed

Hello, 

I bought a new Vaio E series and I don't know much about it so far. My problem is i can't hear music and videa all audio things if i don't use earphone. If I use earphone it's working same as new. What should i do please answer me.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 533.4

It is obvious that you need to connect your headset in order to hear music, please explain yourself correctly.
