Trying to reinstall windows after a virus

Hello,

Okay, I have a problem. Today my boyfriend I guess got on my computer and it came across a virus that automatically disabled spyware, anti virus, and also would not let me do system restore. So, I tried to take it upon myself to reinstall windows...but now that I have trying...I keep getting error messages...Well, I inserted my windows xp disk and something came up about NTDLR is missing press cntrl alt del.. so I do..and it restarts..how can I get it to let me continue on the installation. And something later came up and said mraid35x.sys is missing? Can someone please help me out.

try system repair, but if it's telling you that ntdrl is missing I guess it won't be helpful

try to get some os which runs from the mwmory and try to delete viruses manually
or you can tru with that to restore your system

try with erd commander or bart pe
