Msn problems :s

Hi
I have a problem with my msn.
When i sign in it lets me type for 5 minutes then it stops.
I can receive messages but i cant send any.
I tried to uninstall it but nothing came up whe i went into remove a program.
I also tried typing in msiexec /x {0AAA9C97-74D4-47CE-B089-0B147EF3553C} into run but it said it wast installed.
the I tried to install it but it said it was installed ad I ca still see the bit for it.
I t wont let me sign in until i have logged of my pc then logged back in.
Help me please and quick x
