Pc asking another disk insertion

Hey there,

Facing a problem those days with my dvd rom. When I insert a cd into it it will simply inject the disc and asks me for another one. Whats the problem with it does it need replacement?

Hi,

All comes from the cd and not the dvd rom buddy as the lens inside the dvd rom can actually read dvds isn't it? I do think if you installed ripping softwares, then it could be the source of all problems and I would recommend you to try to uninstall these softwares and see if everything works perfectly.
