GTA4: unable to create a depth render target

Hello,
i have a new sony vaio
it has a intel core i3 and has a intel graphics media accelarator HD
why does GTA4 say, eflc Fatal error: unable to create a depth render target when I try to start it
please help me becuase I want to play!
