For each in mailto XSL

Hello,

How can I use the for-each values in Mailto tag.

eg.
I have 5 Employees email in separate columns ...
I want that if someone clicks on the mailID it should open in the outlook with his email ID already in To list...

Static mailto is working but when I'm using the for-each value the page is not coming...

Please help...
