Hi,
try this 1
First check whether you are able to get the ip address
click on start --> run --->cmd --> click on OK and type ipconfig/all -->press enter.
Check whether the following are having ip addresses or not
IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DNS Servers
Right click on the internet explorer---->click on properties---> click on
"Connections" tab-->click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the
options, if you notice any option selected.
try this 1
