Mcromax Q5 youtube videos dont play..

Hello,
in my mcromax Q5 you tube videos dont play.., it asks me for adobe flash player..
now where should i get it from?
pls reply me soon...

i m using BPL sim for internet.

its true.........flashplayers are available in high end mobiles in NOKIA, SAMSUNG,LG AND SONY ETC. ITS NOT INSTALLED IN MICROMAX MOBILES. SO OPT FOR SEARCH THROUGH NET. ELSE CONTACT THE MICROMAX DEALER OF LOCAL AREA OF YOU
