Cannot remote desktop

Hello,

I have a problem by cannot use remote desktop from my laptop to other PC used windows 2003 R2 but other PC can remote this computer.
if i cannect to server with the same OS is working.

Note: My laptop using windows 7 Enterprise.

Hi,

try this 1

click on start ---> run ---> type sysdm.cpl and click on OK. System properties will

be opened.

Click on "Remote" tab and make sure the required option is selected.


Then go to Control panel ---> Security Center ---> Windows Firewall --->

then click on "Exceptions" tab and make sure your required option ( that is

remote desktop/remote assistance) is selected.
