my shift buttons are not working and i'm unable to use any secondary functions. i have a compaq presario cq61  please help



Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

CQ61 has bad keyboards as i see on internet reports. Consider buin new keyboard in te furture couse more and more keys will not work in te future.
