Hello,

I cannot access any of the bmibaby websites. I am getting the error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

I have used the Network diagnostics check, and it has not reported any errors.

I can get into other airline websites such as BA; Jet2 etc

I am using Windows Vista & IE8

Thanks

Hi,

First delete all the cookies and temp files and try to open it.

Click on Start-->Run --> type cmd --->command prompt opens.

Now type this command.

ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.

Now try to open that website.

If the problem still exists then try these solutions.

Solution-1)

Navigate to this location c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\

double-click on the file hosts -->open with dialog box appears --> select notepad.

Now if you notice your website url in that file, just delete that line only and save

the file.

Solution-2)

1) Right click on "Internet Explorer" --> click on "Properties".

2) Click on "Security" tab --> Click on "Reset all zones to default level".

Then click on OK.

Now try to open that website. If the problem still exists then

1) Right click on "Internet Explorer" --> click on "Properties".

2) Click on "Security" tab ---> select "Trusted sites" then click on "Sites" button

Now add your website Ex:https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/ and then click on "Add"

3)Uncheck 'Require server verification' check box -->click on OK -->OK.

Solution-3)

1) Right click on "Internet Explorer" --> click on "Properties".

2) Click on "Advanced" tab and click on buttons "Restore advanced settings" and

on "Reset" ---> then click on OK.

Solution-4)

Update your antivirus and scan your PC.

Download Malware's Anti-Malware from this link

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

Update it and perform "Full Scan" (Note : Default selected option is quick scan)
