Hi,
First delete all the cookies and temp files and try to open it.
Click on Start-->Run --> type cmd --->command prompt opens.
Now type this command.
ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.
Now try to open that website.
If the problem still exists then try these solutions.
Solution-1)
Navigate to this location c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\
double-click on the file hosts -->open with dialog box appears --> select notepad.
Now if you notice your website url in that file, just delete that line only and save
the file.
Solution-2)
1) Right click on "Internet Explorer" --> click on "Properties".
2) Click on "Security" tab --> Click on "Reset all zones to default level".
Then click on OK.
Now try to open that website. If the problem still exists then
1) Right click on "Internet Explorer" --> click on "Properties".
2) Click on "Security" tab ---> select "Trusted sites" then click on "Sites" button
Now add your website Ex:https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/ and then click on "Add"
3)Uncheck 'Require server verification' check box -->click on OK -->OK.
Solution-3)
1) Right click on "Internet Explorer" --> click on "Properties".
2) Click on "Advanced" tab and click on buttons "Restore advanced settings" and
on "Reset" ---> then click on OK.
Solution-4)
Update your antivirus and scan your PC.
Download Malware's Anti-Malware from this link

Update it and perform "Full Scan" (Note : Default selected option is quick scan)
