i can't download without admin password Closed

Question

Hello, um, i can't download any 64 games online without an administrator password.
my parents are out of town. I've tried what people say: to run as administrator, but i can't do that with out a password. And if i try without running as admin, than it will say error 5 has occurred. How do i get or change the password.


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

This should be a restriction set by the administrator and hence you should contact the administrator for removing it.
