Problem for gprs activation from bsnl

i have nokia 5130 handset and i couldn't activate gprs on mobile from bsnl service.Actually the problem is, after sending message to activate gprs, they ask me to send the handset model no. and after sending the model no. they replied me like this- sorry the format is not correct contact the customer care.Please somebody solve my problem
