Incoming mail not accepting my username

Hello,





bro..my incoming is not supporting the username
so pls help me regarding that
i.e.
pop.mail.yahoo.com incoming mail server
smtp.mail.yahoo.com outgoing mail server

However my incoming is not working and not accepting my username
