Hello,
The problem is caused by the video card or it can also be a motherboard.
If you are using a video card then remove it, clean it and place it back properly.
Try to reset the BIOS also since its unable to access the video system.
If you are using video card, then disable the onboard VGA.
Check your RAM also.

Hey its probably the Memory that's failing or a memory slot..
1.Remove it, clean the gold side with a soft cloth then reseat the stick/s (depending on how many sticks you have)
2.If you have more or than one stick..do some troubleshotting ...boot up your pc with one stick at a time until you found the one that's probably failing.
3.If all fails, well its time to replace your memory stick/s buy new one..make sure when you buy two or more than its identical...
4.Try to exhchange slots in your memory troubleshooting process.
