Windows 7 Internet connectivity problem

Hello,

I am a new user here...

my problem is i can not able to connect to internet through my dsl router in home

OS : WINDOWS 7 (32 bit)
Reliance broadband Internet connection with 300Kbps speed
DSL Router : ZTE ZXDSL 831II


My network connection says limited or no connectivity to the internet

i tried to diagnose the the connection the same result i get.

but i tried to connect in WINDOWS XP it will connect and works good


pls give me a solution

Hi,

try this 1,

Right click on the internet explorer---->click on properties---> click on

"Connections" tab-->click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the

options, if you notice any option selected.
