Wireless laptop is firewalled?? Help!

Hello,

we have 2 laptops and both were working just fine and all the sudden my son's laptop says connected but when he goes to get on the net it won't connect! In the internet connection area it says wireless firewalled! How do we correct this problem? We are not internet savy therefore Please explain very basically...lol

Hi,

May be firewall is blocking the access.

try this 1.

Click on Start ---> Run ---> type FIREWALL.CPL and click on OK.

Firewall window will be opened. Turnoff you firewall. Now check whether you are

able to connect or not.
