Computer off after 4 seconds..

Hello,
recently i have had this problem where my computer would turn off after four seconds from starting it up. i though my graphics card was the problem so i replaced it, however ive still got the same problem. any solutuons would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Ruan,

Please check whether the issue is not sourcing from the power supplying unit or its motherboard.
