Hello,

I have an external hard 500gb verbatim after i run aprogram (program for luck all file)after it hidden but in proprties see the capacity

Dear Sir,

It might be that there are some viruses or corrupted files on it causing the problem and hence you should get it formatted to get it working back properly.
