Why my pc freez at starting up

Hello,is anybody know how to fix this problem-my computer always freez at f1 or del when starting up,i tried to change my windows and i is same problem,sometimes i see the blue picture on my screen a it says:hardvare or softvare is....something like that if anybody know how to fix this problem just send me on my email zika_badboykiller@hotmail.com.

maybe due to overheating problems just check that your cpu fan is working properly
