Pioneer dvd

Hello,

I have the same problem with my dvd on sony vgn-nr32n. my dvrkd08 wont work anymore have tried an external dvd also but that says the same- driver my be corrupt error code 39. I cant install from any of the disks i have .PLz help.

Hello,

try this 1

click on Start-->Run-->type regedt32 and click on ok

A registry editor will be opened.

At the left side expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE---->SYSTEM --->CurrentControlSet

-->Control --->Class --->click on {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

At the right side if you find upperfilter, lowerfilter,upperfilter.bak, lowerfilter.bak,

just delete them.

Restart your PC.

That was amazing! So sick and tired of PC problems that I editted the Registry for the first time. You are a genious. Can you tell me how this problem appears out of the blue?
