You can't unless you own a EPROM programmer.

Hi,
If you notice the cpu cooling fan is running, then check you RAM.
Remove the RAM from the slot --->clean it and place it back properly or place it
in another slot.
Even bad RAM also results you in "No display signal" in monitor.
