Help me please i cant watch videos

Hello,

i cant watch videos on the internet. i vae all the latest upgrades for flash and everything but it sill won't work. i'v gone into internet options and enabled everything i.e. flash,java. and iv unistalled and reinstalled everything without the firewall and virus protector up. please help me i have windows vista and IE 8
... and i'v tried firefox already
