Help i cant watch videos on the internet

Hello,

i cant watch videos on the internet. i have all the latest upgrades for adobe flash and everything but it sill won't work. i'v gone into internet options and enabled everything i.e. flash,java. and iv unistalled and reinstalled everything without the firewall and virus protector up. please help me i have windows vista and IE 8
... and i'v tried firefox already
...and i have norton securitry suite
