Memory card problem

Hello,
I have Kingston 1gb sd memory card for my canon powershot a460. it nicely worked in the camera but not working in my computer, it shows "the disk is not formatted" but system could not format the disk. while using disk management system it shows that cyclic redundancy check. pls help.
