How to make my gang and girlfriend get in car Closed

Hey can someone please help me. i cant make my gang attack others, i cant make gang or girlfriend get in the car. when on  mission i cant make any one get in the car, they all stay out, they make me fail my mission, can anyone plz help? i press G to talk them but they keep standing outside! plz help im playing sanandreas on pc
