I cant download itunes !

HEYYA ,
guys i tried to download itunes 9.0 the new version to sync songs
to my iPhone 3GS .. i had downloaded itunes to my lappy but then it
says tt " Fatal error during installation " Guys ..
i tried my awesome best ! to sync songs ! guys please help me..
