Hello,
My audio is starting to act up. The sound is not staying at a consistent level. It will go up and then go back down. It almost seems as thou there is a short in a wire the way it is acting. But I could not find anything with the hardware that looked worn etc. It hasn't fluctuated past these 2 levels at this point, but it is getting very frustrating to say the least. I have the latest drivers etc installed. I am wondering if my sound card is getting ready to burn out? The problem just started in the last cpl of days, out of no where. No changes have been made to system at all. Also All the connections are secure.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.

Hello,

okay, it just happened today, the sound from my pc works fine; I can hear my music, videos, etc.

but when it comes to browsing on the internet, there is no sound! I go to youtube to watch a few vids and no sound! ive reinstalled my browser numerous times, and even downloaded a sound software. nothing!

any ideas?System Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.1
