Graphics question????

Hi, Before some days i had a computer crash and ever since the graphics have been lost!!!
It appears like this:

What should i do? I am open to all answers!!!!

for starters, go into your device manager (right click my computer and view properties, select hardware tab) click on any item in it, and scan for device changes
