My Folder manager problem

Hello, I recently installed a version of My Folder Manager downloaded from internet. And I made a couple of folders and locked in them some of my most important files. For a while I didn't have any problems when unlocking and using the folders, but now when i open them they're empty. In the lower right corner, where's the icon of the programme on the task bar, says that the programme is not running and error was detected.
