Counter Stirke fatal error

Hello, Upon installing Counter Strile 1.6 on my windows7 x64 and try to run the game I got a message " available memory less than 15 MB" I solved this problem but when I start new game, I get an error that says Unable to load authentication library, Exiting... What should I do? Please help!!!
