FILE NOT OPEN FOLDER LOCKED

Sir/Madam
You had adviced me by reply mail send to you.
You had asked detail of my problame , hence I had used file access 2.0.0
and kocked my secreat files, my son deleted the shoftwere without unlocking.
Again I installed the shoftwere, but I could not unlock the file.Main problame is fole shows that it is locked, but at file access panel not showing those files.so i can not unlock.
So iam requesting you plese advice me how can i rwecover those files
