If you need to permanently remove it I recommend just finding the files it uses while in safe mode and just deleting all of them you can, and continue restarting and deleting as well as using task manager to end any processes that are running that are related, as you can't delete a file that's in use.
Sorry, without their uninstall software which you have to pay for, this is the only way.
