I need help with sims 2

OK,,, me and my sister downloaded sims 2 after we havent used it for over a year...... and when we were making our people we looked at each other and i said we need to download some ppl .... so we go onto the site and we cant remember her username or password is there anyway to download sims for the game with having to log in or regester?
