Usb f driver icon missing when i formate 4gb

Hello, any body plz help i have transcend 4gb pen drive when i formate this i lost f drive i cant find icon in my computer but other pen drive when i insert to usb pot i can c icon this i formate pen drive i cant c icon in computer...........
