Computer wont stay on

Hello, my laptop will not stay on when i start it,it goes to the setup the fan stops and goes then about 21 seconds then it shuts off every time and my battery seems like it dont wanna charge i took apart my laptop and when i assembled it, it stays on maybe 10 seconds longer. please help

Unfortunately, we at Kioskea can not physically examine your machine. From what you described, it is definatively an electronic issue. You must take it to a qualified technician.
