How to go offline on Viber
The Viber app is a handy application that lets you call your family and friends from all over the world, chat, and send pictures and files via the app. In addition, it also allows you to appear offline so that no one can see your true status. Here's how to do it.
How to appear offline on Viber?
- On your phone, open the Viber app.
- Tap on three dots (More) in the bottom right corner to access the menu and go to Settings > Privacy.
- Uncheck the Share ‘Online’ Status tab. This way your contacts will not see whether you’re online or offline when using Viber.
How to know if someone is offline on Viber
Find your contact's name on Viber, and check if it says Online below the name. Otherwise, the contact is probably offline.
