Can you help me to get rid of this trojan

Hello,
i got a problem that my pc was attacked by heur :trojan and i even deleted it by kaspersky internet security antyvirus. but the problem is that now i am not able to use firefox & all the folders in my pendrive are showing as shortcuts and i am not able to use them.
