The sims 3 weird problem ?

Hi

Well since i download that hairstyle from one of Sims stuff website .. The game kept having that crashing problem i used to play normally without having problems!! now while i'm playing and the laptop is out of battery it shut off whenever i turn it on again i find that black or white or light blue page on the sims game window !! i restarted the computer but i still have this problem ! help me plz =( what to do ?!
