Hello, 

I bought a new GFIVE 9000i mobile. Audio files are able to play without any problem but when I am trying to play a video file, its not playing the way it should be. There is no synchronizing in between audio and video. I am confused. What could be the problem. Am I missing some drivers or softwae in my mobile. Please help me. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi there,

Video files supported on the mentioned model is .vid,you need to have the video be converted to the format to be able to play on your handset.
