the sims 2 double deluxe wont install itClosed

Question

Hello,  i bought the sims 2 double deleuxe a few moths ago i played it on my computer and now i got a laptop ive had the laptop for a few weeks now and theres heaps of memory ive looked on the back of the cover and all the requirements are fine and the disk has no scratches on it....when i go to install the sims 2 it all come up perfect and then while its installing it stops on 57% and wont move...:( so pllzz help me i wanna play it and i love the sims 2 i gotta play it i miss it really bad :'(
