Hello, can you help me pls...

After a few day i try to install some game ...

when i put CD at dvd loader it cant load it...it cant load any game

then after that i put some driver of web cam to test it and its work

how can i fix it to install game.....

If you put a dvd movie what happens?is it read or not?does the dvd with games have scratch?please add more information to your query.

I dont know what happens...only when i put some DVD cd (games,or other programs) it cant load it....ussualy when i put some game to install its open it automaticly put now its not...i go to my computer and its not show that he recognized him....
