Hello,

I've reinstall windows xp due to virus problems but before ive formatted it, i was connected through the internet through an usb cable via my modem. but mow the connection via usb is not working...its probably my drivers so can you hel me please....thanks in advance

Hello,

Go to your modem manufacture website and download the drivers.

or

Let me know your modem brand name and model number.

Its a Beetel 220bx 1
