USB Flashdrive requires password??

Hello, I have a 4 flashdrive that has been corrupted (as per the techies at Best Buy). When I plug it in and try to open it, it shows a log in screen asking for a password? I didn't even know you could do such a thing? Anyway, I have tried a couple passwords (just for the heck of it) to no avail. It tells me that in 3 more tries, it will be locked!! I really need this info badly. Can anyone please help? I've downloaded diskdigger and have tried that but, that doesn't seem to work either..:-(

Dear Rick,

Please consider checking with the persons who have used the pen who has installed this specific application and hence obtain the password for it.
